The coaching services I offer are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I am not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional. Coaching is, at present, an unregulated industry, and I am not licensed by an internationally recognized regulator.

Clients are fully responsible for their well-being during my coaching sessions, including their choices and decisions.  Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. Individuals are not to use it in place of any form of therapy.

All comments and ideas I offer are solely for the purpose of aiding clients in achieving their defined goals. Clients have the ability to give their informed consent. Clients are to understand that to the extent our work together involves career or business, my coaching does not promise outcomes, included but not limited to increased clientele, profitability and or business success. Previous performance of methods attainted by other clients does not guarantee future results. 

I will protect my client's information as confidential unless they state otherwise in writing. Any personal information about a client, including my coaching session notes, will solely be used to keep in touch and efficiently conduct coaching calls. If a client reports child, elder abuse or neglects or threats to harm themself or someone else, necessary actions will be taken and their confidentiality agreement is limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if I am ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, I will do so to the extent of that the law requires. Clients understand that the use of technology is not always secure, and they accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, zoom, skype, and other technology.
