The initial consultation is 60 minutes. We will work to identify and release what main emotions, past experiences, or traumas are causing your ailing.
I will use the first little bit to explain about ESR. The rest of the hour is working through those emotions, assessing if supplements may be recommended, and giving tools (homework) to continue to heal at home. Payment is collected at time of booking.
